Our shipping facility uses various delivery services (USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL) depending on the distance of your address from our fulfillment facilities. All orders are assigned a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages once the delivery service used states that item has been delivered. All orders are set to arrive between 5-7 business days. However due to Covid-19 shipping disruptions your package may arrive a few day after the promised time frame. We have disabled all overnight and 2-day shipping features (until further notice) since the shipping companies are no longer guaranteeing those time frames nor offering refunds due to late shipments.
